Registration

Registration is now open and will close on 31st August 2026 or when all places are filled - whichever comes first.

Registration options

We are offering two registration options:

  1. Basic registration (event attendance only, will arrange own accommodation): £90

  2. Event attendance plus two nights’ accommodation at Churchill College: £270

For the second option, you will be able to check into the college accommodation on Monday 28th September and will check out on Wednesday 30th September. You may be able to extend your stay, but will need to arrange this yourself by contacting the college at accommodation[AT]chu.cam.ac.uk after your booking has been confirmed.

Code of conduct

All participants at this event are expected to follow the code of conduct for events of Society of Research Software Engineering. Registration for the event will be taken as an agreement to abide by this guidance, and we reserve the right to remove participants whose actions are in violation.
