Meeting Venue
The meeting will be held at the Maxwell Centre on the West Site of the University of Cambridge.
A map and directions can be found on the Maxwell Centre website. It is accessible via bike, foot, and bus from the city centre. The Universal (U Bus) runs every 15 minutes and stops outside the rail station and Maxwell Centre with tickets from £1 for academic visitors. Live bus information can be seen on smartcambridge.org.
Sustenance
Lunch and tea/coffee during the meeting will be provided on the 3rd and the 4th. An evening meal will be provided on the 3rd. Dietary requirements will be collected during the registration process.
Accommodation
A limited number of rooms at Selwyn College (breakfast included) are avaliable for delegates on 2nd and 3rd September. These are available on a first-come basis and can be requested at registration. Once these have been taken accommodation will need to be booked and paid for by attendees. We suggest looking at universityrooms.com for this.
The college is approximately 25 minutes walk from the meeting venue and is also on the route of the Universal (U Bus). Further information regarding the college, including maps and accessibility information, can be found on the college website.
